Grief Seed Circle : a Community Space to Honor Grief
Thursday November 19th 5 - 7 pm pst on Zoom
This is an experiential event utilizing somatics, herbs, and ritual to empower community to move through grief. Participants will be invited to share, witness and be witnessed as we create a ritual space together. We've called this event a seed circle as is this time when the plants are setting seed and in honor of cycles and the way that death in time gives rise to life. Participants are invited to bring an item for our collective grief alter and a seed that they are invited to plant after the ritual. Together we will meet what ever grief arises in this time.
As your facilitators, Chuck, Madalyn, and Sam all have our own lived experience with grief. This online ritual will be co-created with the group and grounded in our lived experience and lineages including those of participants.
